In this role our team is responsible for freight unloading, breakdown, and sorting with and without material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

WHAT YOUR SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

High-energy individual with a strong work ethic

Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks
Ability to lift, carry or move packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
Handling of freight as directed by EclipseIA management and customer, meeting company standards, customer time lines and maintaining a safe work environment
Communicates with Site Management Team regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns and contributes suggestions for improvements
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs
Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
