Couch is very large, sturdy and comfortable, just a bit too big for the space it’s in. Non-smoking home. Please be aware that there is extensive damage to the fabric of both arms from our cat scratching it (close up in pictures). The couch is in otherwise good condition. NO DELIVERY AVAILABLE, and you will most likely need a pickup truck to accommodate. But, it’s not overly heavy and we can help load it. Dimensions: 102″l x 41″w x 32″h. Small wooden legs unscrew for transport.
