This brown “leather” arm chair is from Pier 1 Imports.

Condition: It looks nice from a distance, but the leather is peeling off in some of the creases. Zoom in on the pictures for details. Also, one of the front legs is a bit crooked.

It still has lots of life left to give, and the price reflects its condition.
