Very nice sturdy and comfortable cream colored sofa measures 85 x 35 x 31.5. I’ve had this sofa for about 4 years, it comes from a smoke free home, no stains and no pet hair, never soiled. There is some fabric damage to the two front corners from cat scratching. This sofa could be reupholstered or covered with a slip cover, or the frayed areas could be cleaned up with sharp scissors to be less noticeable.
