Description

West Elm convertible sofa, opens flat to convert to bed. Upholstery in very good condition, a few scratches and scuff marks on wood as shown in picture. Comes from a smoke free home.

Measurements of sofa approximately 88″ long x 31″ deep x 35″ tall.

**IMPORTANT** I live on a fourth floor and cannot help move the sofa. Must be able to pick up and carry out, which would require at least two people to do so. It may or may not fit in the elevator, so it is possible that it may have to be carried down three flights of stairs.
