AAA Crains Auto Salvage is a salvage yard in Fort Worth TX hiring a Bilingual truck dispatcher and a Junk Car Buyer over the phone.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Call vehicle assignments to schedule a pick up time and prepare daily driver schedule
– Negotiate purchase price of the junk vehicles with customers over the phone according to the quote list given by management
– Dispatch daily route schedule to our drivers
– Assign vehicles to drivers based on designated routes and driver location
– Gather and maintain route information, as well as completion of vehicle assignments
– Update our vendors on the pick-up status
– Report any driver performance issues or concerns to management for resolution
– Perform other job related duties as assigned
– Enter Vehicle information on excel once a week

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bilingual is a Plus
– 16 years old or older
– Computer skills, we manage the scheduling and dispatching online via Google Sheets
– Excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customer expectations
– Excellent communication skills
– Excellent Negotiation Skills
– Energetic
– Sales attitude
– Sales experience is not required; we will train the right candidate
– Honesty and trustworthiness
– Must be courteous, energetic and professional towards customers and co-workers
– Must be able to be on the telephone and in front of a computer for long hours
– Multitasking skills

WEEKLY SCHEDULE:

Some weeks we work 5 days and some weeks we work 6 days. ( Days will rotate and needs to have flexible schedule for weeks where is needed to work Saturday or Sunday )

During the week from 2 pm to 8 pm. Weekends from 9 am to 5 pm

30 Hours Weekly in total ( Some times could be more than that with paid overtime )

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

– $13.50 Hr.
– Plus weekly CASH bonuses of $50, $100, $150 or more !!.
– Pay by check or by Direct Deposit
– One week paid vacation every year after a year of employment . Selected Holidays Paid
