We are searching for enthusiastic, hard-working, and driven Account Associates, to join our Team!

Account Associate provides technical support to our current customers This individual will be responsible for a high volume of customer interactions, and account management. This position will also include some prospecting, cold-calling and closing deals.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage accounts to retain existing relationships
• Act as a single point of contact for your customers and their needs by identifying business, negotiating rates, and discussing expectations and services.
• Prospect for sales leads to build a strong customer pipeline
• Initiate sales and marketing calls to prospective or current clients
Qualifications and Skills
• Previous transportation/logistics sales experience is a plus
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)
• Ability to execute a vision, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results
