We are a real estate property management company looking for an administrative assistant.
The ideal candidate must have computer knowledge, MS Office knowledge, have a bookkeeping background with quickbooks experience a plus. Candidate should have a strong work ethic, pay attention to detail, have good communication skills, and be able to multi-task effectively and independently.
Some of the daily duties include,
-answer and direct phone calls and emails
-handle accounts receivable and payable
-develop and maintain an effective filing system
-communicate with and manage tenants, vendors and customers
-keep updated records
-general office duties
