Atelier Belladonna is a boutique floral and plant design studio located in Miami, FL
We are looking for a part time administrative assistant and design apprentice to start immediately.
You will work side by side with the lead designer and assist on all aspects of running a floral studio.
If you’re super handy on Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook shop, tic toc and etc and would like to work with plants and flowers, this is for you! Some administrative tasks include but are not limited to:
Answering client emails, updating the online shops, creating content and keeping up with social media.
Flower shop tasks include cleaning buckets, processing flowers, watering plants, organizing displays and setting up for events.
The occasional delivery and errand is also expected.
Must be able to work some weekends and evenings to set up events/ weddings and work all “Flower holidays”.
The right candidate will be someone who can multitask and follow thru with projects with minimum supervision.
Interest in flowers, plants and event design a plus.
You will be required to do a little of everything and will learn a lot!
Floral design experience is not necessary – will train the right person.
Love and knowledge of plants is a bonus!
