Eat Local is a mobile app used by restaurants across the US. We’re a growing company is looking for the right candidate to manage our member communications and perform various administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answering phones and emails
• Maintain solid customer relationships by answering questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Website updates
• Email template builds and updates
• Maintaining office needs and supplies
• Handling all incoming and outgoing mail
• Utilizing internal dashboard to facilitate customer needs

Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience in an office setting
• Must be dependable, organized and have a positive attitude
• Must possess internet and computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Superior attention to detail and the ability to complete multiple projects in a timely manner
• Work well both independently and in a group setting
