Receptionist in PEMBROKE PINES/DAVIE AREA
CINEMARK PLAZA

MUST SEND RESUME & PROFILE PICTURE
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH & SPANISH

Principal Responsibilities:

Must be Bilingual in English & Spanish
Maintains reception area in client-ready appearance
Answers phones, routes a high volume of calls and provides general information
Performs other office services support functions & general customer service
Complete routine/correspondence, ALOT of data entry

Greets, directs visitors and answers routine inquiries
Assists with calendar and scheduling for all representatives
Sends and receives faxes

Qualifications and Experience:

High school diploma
2 years receptionist a plus
Basic computer skills
Basic organizational skills
Basic office equipment skills [phones, faxes, computer, copy machine]
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with co-workers, clients, and other employees
Very good interpersonal and client service skills
Able to follow instructions and procedures
