This position is geared for a eclectic and energetic person with a professional attitude, to assist in the administration duties of City Classic Cars. This is an administrative back office position not front desk, sales, or service writing. Your role is administrative support to owner and GM.

We are a very friendly and fun environment that regularly works with celebrities, elite families, and corporate leaders. The crew is motley mix of personalities that are the best in their fields of work. The owner is a celebrity car builder and one of the most recognized global names in the industry.

The winning candidate will have strong administrative tasks, have strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated strong work ethic. Must have a can-do attitude.

Strong general computer competency — QuickBooks and excel are a must! Capable of using MS Word, Excel, data entry, perform timely and accurate printing, scanning, filing, indexing, completion, and maintenance of files. Able to handle multiple jobs/multitask. Other duties as assigned as necessary

Role Summary

• Primarily responsible for communicating with clients, vendors and workforce in a professional and courteous manner
• Handles some AP/AR and performs data entry and managing house accounts
• Serve as administrative support for owner and GM
• Support The Media Production Team with administrative support task
• Manage Back Office Administration and Serve as Field Assistant
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills / Requirements:
High School Diploma
2 years professional experience
EXCELLENT organizational and STRONG communication skills are a MUST!!
Effective Time Management, Punctuality, and Strong Attention to Detail
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills required – this can’t be stressed enough!!

This is a very eclectic and creative work environment where cameras are the norm. We are a television Shop so all are asked to be camera. This position is not for an on air personality, yet occasional camera moments may be involved. Your role is to work in the back office performing administrative task, so mechanic or classic car experience is not important.
