The Recruiter's job is to support NAPS recruiting team from start to finish, ensuring entry-level and field-level open positions within the company are proactively filled with qualified individuals.

Duties:
• Screening resumes
• Conducting initial phone screens
• Scheduling calls and interviews
• Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Performing reference and background checks
• Following up on the interview process status
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• Participate in recruiting events

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills (English, Spanish)
• Excellent listening skills
• Strong follow up skills
• Personable and approachable
