BodyJewelry.com, one of the largest Ecoommerce sites for body jewelry (belly rings, plugs, tapers, captives, and barbells etc.) is looking for Administrator/Office assistant .

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Customer Service via email, phone, Social media, and chat.
*Listing products and updates
*Ensure on time order shipments/customer satisfaction and as necessary provide customers with shipping/tracking data once orders are shipped.
* Help and provide service for walk in customers .
*Assist with miscellaneous objectives and projects as the arise assigned by the warehouse manager .
*Prepare shipping documents.
*List inventory Items updates .
* Social Media posting and engagement .
