Qualified Line Cooks will have:
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook working in a well-rated restaurant.
• Strong knife skills with ability to execute dishes consistently and effectively.
• Knowledgeable in cooking methods, and basic recipes
• The ability to Set-up and break down workstation in a timely and clean fashion.
• Availability including AM, PM, and Weekends (seeking part time and full time)
• Operate ovens, planchas, stoves, grills, and fryers to prepare foods.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare special meals or substitute items.
• Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacle.
• Great work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality
