Apizza Brooklyn Resto + Vino is seeking experienced manager candidates for our upscale busy, local neighborhood restaurants. We have a strong established customer base in our 2 locations (Pinecrest and Coral Gables) that is accustomed to our great vibe, high level service, excellent pizza, delicious Italian specialties, as well as, steaks and fresh seafood – and an excellent Wine List!

*** Candidates Must have FOH service experience in finer casual restaurants – serving, bussing, hosting.
*** Be professional, organized, well spoken and groomed, able to multi-task and communicate effectively with staff and customers.
*** Must have full service and inventory/FOH cost control experience.
*** Must be a team leader, able to notice the details and uphold high standards at all times. Must be interested and knowledgeable about the industry.
