DMG Worldwide is an Accounting firm specializing in helping Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs with their Accounting and cash flow management needs. DMG provides businesses professional solutions such as accounting and bookkeeping, tax preparation & planning, Tax Resolution, Fractional CFO, and Advisory services.

Primary Function and Scope of Responsibilities:
The appointment setter will work within DMG Worldwide call center and report directly to the call center manager. The appointment setter will be responsible for putting our Business Development team in front of qualified prospects. This position includes being able to close appointments and quickly overcome objections over the phone. The appointment setter must be motivated and energetic. This ideal candidate will use their business/product knowledge and charisma to engage the prospect to increase sales through canvassing and outbound calling. This position is a results-driven position that gives you the exciting opportunity to control your level of success.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Cold call to businesses and business owners
• Set appointments with prospects for accounting services
• Accurately record prospects personal information into our appointment software
• Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments using email, phone, and SMS
• Provide marketing collateral to interested candidates using email
• Work with the Business Development team to engage the prospect
• Increase sales potential by setting strong qualifying appointments
• Inbound/Outbound calling to book & reschedule appointments

• LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY (No Remote work)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or GED Certificate
• Telemarketing or Sales Experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of customer service or telemarketing experience
• Ability to use Email, Pipedrive CRM, and appointment scheduler

Compensation:
• Salary Range: $10 – $13/ hour (Based on Experience)
• Base plus Commission
• Quarterly Bonus structure
• Weekly incentives and cash prizes to top performers
