Brand new BBQ restaurant opening in Garden City at the end of July. In need of an experienced Assistant GM to report to and support the GM/owner.

Must have a hospitality mindset and desire to build something from the ground up as part of initial team.

This is a FULL-TIME position with competitive annual salary, bonus structure, and multiple benefits including health insurance.

Career growth position as will need GM to replace owner in near future.

-management experience
-cool and comfortable in high volume environment

-adaptable and prepared to handle any job on any day
