On site manager assitant at rental building, collecting rent, renting apartments etc.

Requirements

Bilingual MUST
Self starter with excellent verbal and communication skills to rent apartments and communicate with tenants
Be able to answer a multi-line telephone system in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet and Quickbook
Maintain offices supplies, cleanliness and organization.
