Hi! We are Clean Energy Research and we are about a 20 person call center in Lakewood Colorado.

Due to Covid-19 we are now all working remotely from home, and are looking to hire FULL TIME, PERMENANT at home dialers!

The Job……………………………..

You would be making outbound calls on a predictive dialer from your home (we use a dialer called Five-9). You pitch homeowners on the idea of getting a free solar assessment for their home. The assessments take about 30 minutes and are either virtual or in home, and there is no cost or obligation to the homeowner. Solar has a lot of great benefits so it’s easy to discuss as a product. We call about 15 different states. You tell them about the benefits of solar, ask them brief questions about their home to see if they qualify, look at their home on Google maps to see if their roof gets enough sunlight and choose a date and time when they have 30 minutes to look into solar. That’s it! Once the appointment is scheduled, as long as it’s qualified and the roof is OK, you’re done.

While you’re not selling anything, these people have NOT expressed interest, so 90% of them will not be interested, hang up on you, wrong numbers..etc This job requires patience and persistence.

Pay………………………………………

It’s $12.00 per hour base pay plus bonuses for appointments set. Your weekly quota is 8 appointments set. Once you hit your quota of 8 appointments, you receive a $100 bonus, and $40 for every appointment after that. It’s WEEKLY pay. Below is a breakdown of your pay:

(assuming you work the full 40 hours)

7 or less appointments (under quota): $480 / week
8 Appointments: $580 per week
9 Appointments: $620 per week
10 Appointments: $660 per week
11 Appointments: $700 Per week
12 Appointments: $760 Per Week
13 Appointments $800 per week

…*keeps going at +$40 per appt set ( our top agents set 20 – 30 appointments per week making over $1200/week. )

Requirements………………………..

– Able to work 40 hours, Monday – Friday 9AM – 5:45PM (from your home) (this includes two breaks and a 45 minute lunch)
– Computer savvy
– A working computer or lap top (Mac or PC ok -tablets won’t work)
– Reliable high speed internet
– Experience in sales, telemarketing, collections or canvassing
