Amco Insurance has an immediate opening for customer service reps and underwriters!
An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
Prefer Independent Insurance Agency experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to remain calm when dealing with challenging customers.
Positive Attitude
Assists agents with underwriting questions.
Become familiar with company policies, procedures, and manuals.
Ability to organize data and multi-task.

Job Description
Answering phone calls.
Assisting customers with any queries regarding their insurance policy.
Taking payments over the phone.

Office Hours
Mon – Fri: 9 AM to 7 PM
Sat: 10 AM to 5 PM
