AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / GENERAL SERVICE (DORAL)

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling and electrical
• Change oil and/or transmission fluid and filters
• Install and perform tire maintenance
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, exhaust systems and check electrical systems

RECEPTIONIST

* Greeting the showroom customers and assisting them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member.
* Operating the telephone by answering incoming calls, transferring callers to appropriate personnel, taking messages.
* Documenting customers who come into the dealership, noting basic demographic information and contact information.
* Performing general administrative duties, such as maintaining the coffee bar and keeping the lobby and reception area organized.

Qualifications:

Bilingual – English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Receptionists are usually the first person a customer interacts with at the dealership, so we are looking for someone who is outgoing, polite, and professional.
Must be organized in order to keep track of all incoming calls and visitors and have good communication skills.

• Experience providing administrative support to multiple parties simultaneously
• Advanced knowledge working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (formulas, pivot tables),
• Experience in management of administrative procedures, flow cash, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, payroll.
• Have organizational skills
• Work under pressure
• Understand simple math
• Bilingual (English – Spanish)
• Valid permanent driver’s license and clean driving record a must.
• Be a legal U.S. Resident
