We are looking for a dedicated Service Adviser to help grow our service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences.

Our service department is Bosch Certified and has a solid reputation as well as client base. We fix all makes and models but our main specialty is in German Vehicles.

Responsibilities:
•Obtains customer and vehicle information
•Verifies warranty and service contract coverage
•Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
•Determines and recommends needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and vehicle history
•Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
•Establishes follow-up time
•Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently
•Verifies that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
•Explains all completed work and charges to customers

Qualifications:
•Along with being proficient in English, employee must speak one of the following: Ukrainian, Russian, Polish.
•Ability to work hard with limited supervision
•Must be able to manage time as well as mechanics in a fast-paced work environment
•Knowledge of automobiles
•Good problem solving skills
•Valid in-state driver’s license
•Experience preferred but is not necessary as training will be provided to the right candidate.
