Description

Artisana Bread is a small artisan bakery and we are seeking a part-time employee to wait on customers in our retail bakery Thursdays through Saturdays from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm. This position is responsible for setting up freshly baked bread and pastries and preparing coffee before our 7:30 am opening time. Experience making espresso drinks is preferred.
Additional responsibilities include:
Keeping the retail area and packaging are neat and clean;
Packaging bread at end of shift and placing in the appropriate place;
Sweeping and mopping the retail area at the end of the shift;
Packaging wholesale orders;
Filling and facing cold drinks in retail area refrigerator and keeping a daily inventory of cold drinks;
Maintaining food safefy log daily;
Follow all food safety and sanitation protocol;
Must have neat, clean appearance and must be friendly and outgoing.

A Food Handler Permit is required. If you do not have this permit, we will set you up to take the 1-hour course online.
