Madruga Bakery, located in Coral Gables, is seeking a great addition to our front counter team. We are a craft bakery and cafe dedicated to creating delicious baked goods, breads, sandwiches, beverages and more using the best ingredients we can find. Equally, we strive to create an incredible guest experience and provide genuine customer service and hospitality. We are looking for a new team member who will take part in working the front and assisting customers. Due to Covid-19 we are currently only doing to-go and helping all customers outside.

The ideal candidate would bring the following:

-A passion for service, coffee, and food
-Experience working in a fast paced environment
-Experience in customer service
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Attention to detail
-A hard worker with a sense of urgency
-A positive attitude and ability to work well with others

Job responsibilities include:
-Assisting customers choosing food and pastry options, and checking them out at the register
-Fulfilling orders
-Ensuring the front of house area is consistently clean
-Fulfilling sidework, including, but not limited to: organizing pastries, building boxes and organizing packaging materials, cleaning area and tools used
-Working with a team to ensure all customers are acknowledged and served with great hospitality
