We are growing! The Twisted Tuna in Jupiter is looking for an outgoing, positive and forward-thinking Bar/Floor Manager to join our team.

Skills & Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3-5 years high volume bartending experience
• Open availability
• Have a vast knowledge of alcoholic beverages and drink recipes
• Work well under pressure
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work well within a team

Duties to include
• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations
• Ensure guest satisfaction; Communicate with customers addressing complaints and collecting feedback about
their experience.
• Maintain safety and food quality standards in accordance with health code specifications and company
guidelines
• Hire, train, schedule. assign duties and supervise staff
• Order bar product and monitor inventory
• Monitor bar and hospitality trends
• Encourage employee teamwork and positive morale
• Create specials and promotions and monitor their effectiveness
• Understand industry practices and standards to run an efficient, up-to-code bar
• Balance priorities and execute strong time management skills in a fast-paced work environment
