Flour and Weirdoughs is looking for a Barista to join our strong weirdo team. We are an Artisan Bakery and Cafe located on 19 Harbor Dr. in Key Biscayne, FL. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated and engaged. Must love coffee and bread (duh)!

Responsibilities

You must perform such duties and services as they are assigned to you by the Executive Chef.
Includes everything from mopping floors, to taking inventory and running service.
We pride ourselves in being very serious about our food, however having fun on the job is a must.
Must aid Chef in preparing and producing recipes.
We strive to maintain very high levels of sanitation.
Assist in training new FOH staff as well as putting together training materials.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in a professional FOH experience
Must be a team player, energetic, clean, and very important LOVE FOR ALL THINGS FOOD.
Decision making and problem solving skills is a must
Ability to communicate and listen effectively
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
Serve-safe certified is preferred.
Must be able to lift and move 50lbs.
