Seeking a female that is experienced and enthusiastic bartender to provide excellent guest entertainment experiences to join our team here at The Sam’s Pub! Your duties will include prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar comers. The bartender will need to be able to interact with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks that is on the menu. Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations. You must be willing to work from 2pm – 2 am Monday through Sunday.

Responsibilities:

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons; Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails with speed and accuracy
Greet and interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage and Covid-19 regulations

Skills:

Successful working experience as a bartender required
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
POS / Computer literacy
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
