Looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and Experienced bartender to provide an excellent guest & dining experience. Professional bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Must be able to upsell food & pair wine, provide Forbes 5 star customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
In depth wine knowledge
Interact with members, take orders and drinks.
Assess members’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails as requested.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Stay member-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Skills:

Resume and proven working experience as a bartender a must.
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks is required.
Computer literacy and POS knowledge a plus.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
Relevant training certificate.
