Description

Bartender Responsibilities:

Greets guests in a courteous and respectable way
Takes verbal drink and meal orders according to guest preference
Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
Basic math skills; ability to make change
Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
Maintains sufficient knowledge of the menu to execute suggestive selling with all guests
Reports to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform and practices good personal hygiene and be on time

Bartender Qualifications:

Prior bar experience preferred
Must be minimum age to serve alcohol
Great attitude and smile
Ability to put the guests’ needs before your own
Able to move quickly and thrive in a fast paced environment
Speak clearly
Friendly and outgoing
Great references
Upbeat and optimistic

Work Hours:

Mon – Fri 11am 7pm
Must be available to work evenings and weekends if necessary
