Qualified candidates should:

• Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume bar, lounge or restaurant environment
• possess superior hospitality and service skills
• have a passion for the hospitality industry, cocktails, and spirits.
• Possess excellent attention to detail, be a team player and proactive problem solver
• have a flexible schedule and be able to work long hours if needed
• be well informed with computer/POS systems
