The role of a full time Leasing Consultant requires high energy, a significant desire to make a real difference in people’s lives and a commitment to anticipate and exceed the expectations of our residents and prospective tenants.

This role combines sales, customer service and marketing to lease apartment homes and build
good relationships with guests and residents. The ideal candidate will be proactive in anticipating and exceeding expectations in all areas of the Leasing Consultant role.

This key member of our property management team will be responsible for:
Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment home
Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish
Keeping an eye on what our competitors are doing by monitoring local market trends and updating property comparables
Planning and coordinating fun and festive resident functions throughout the year
Building strong working relationships with our residents by providing outstanding customer service

 Skills and Background Sought:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Strong professionalism, communication and “people skills”
* Sales skills a plus
* Well organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Team oriented with ability to work independently on occasion
* Computer skills, Microsoft word, and knowledge of Internet, Email and Social Media as it pertains to marketing of community
