A large Non-Profit Organization with a presence in each of the five boroughs is seeking excited and motivated Call Center Reps (including bilingual Spanish). Reps will need to quickly learning new material and already have good computer navigation with proficiency. If you are an energetic Call Center Rep, please send me an updated resume ASAP.

Pay: $18/hr. ($19/hr. after WFH is official)

Duration: Indefinite w/ a possibility of going perm.

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm

(Financial District)

Job Description: Seeking strong oral and written communication, good personality and listening skills with attention to detail. Must be able to handle multiple calls thought the day. Seeking candidates who do not mind spending extra time with a customer to fulfill their need. Great attitude with positive energy on all calls.

High School Diploma or higher
Must be tech savvy and be able to toggle through multiple systems
Two or more years of relevant working experience in a Call Center environment.
Medical insurance experience (HIPPA knowledge)
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Familiarity with basic computer skills
Excellent written and oral skills

General Comments
Working from home after training in class and onsite. Must have a laptop/PC and internet. Company will provide the headset once given the “green light” to work from home.

Interviews: Wed, 6/17 & Thurs, 6/18 in the afternoon – TBD via MS Teams
Tentative Start: Monday, 6/22/20
