Inside Sales Professional
We are looking for a proven, motivated, and dynamic sales professional that can increase and improve direct sales by providing the ultimate customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Function as a reliable point of contact for a limited, but key number of custom contractor and custom builder accounts.
Gather and input detailed order information into company data system (Quickbooks) for measure, production, and installation purposes.
Guide retail purchasers through the countertop process – from initial contact through installation.
Conduct in-person granite slab views and layouts with direct customers.
Generate price quotes and sales contracts.
Handle incoming calls from customers, from first contact introductions to status updates on the countertop installation progress.
Process and assimilate information on service requests with direct customers and communicate as needed with service department.

Requirements:

Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office, Gmail, PowerPoint, Facebook, etc.
Ability to fit and work with others closely and ownership of an inherent sense of teamwork.Preferred but not required:

Basic knowledge or experience of various counter top types, including marble, granite, and quartz.
Experience with Quickbooks
Auto CAD experience a plus.
Bilingual English and Spanish languages preferred, but not necessary.
