Christian Senior Care Services is in its 11th year of existence covering the Houston, Texas counties of Harris, Montgomery, Liberty, Walker, Walker, and Waller. Christian Senior Care Services is looking for a PHC EVV clerk, who would love to be part of a growing team. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, problem solver, team player, reliable, great communicator, organized, able to handle a demanding position, and responsible.
Primary Functions:
• Responsible to assist with all office functions and processes including EVV, clerical, personnel, medical records, office machines and payroll.
• Assists in the billing process and financial functions as needed.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.
• Assist with agency communications including telephones, mail, and tracking of physician orders.
• Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication skills.
• Stays current with changes in provider services regulations.
• Promotes Agency philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to customers.
• Performs other duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
• High School Graduate or GED Certificate (required)
• At least one year of experience as a EVV office clerk
• Vesta or similar EVV software knowledge (required)
• Spanish (required)
• Criminal background check (Required)
