Description

JNJ Services Inc. is looking to add a Scheduler to our team. This person and the role will grow with us as a company. As a scheduler, you would work directly with our client relations department and management to bring our customer experiences to a higher level.

Ideal candidates will have the following customer service related skills:

• Fluent in Spanish and English is a must
• Excellent English written skills a plus
• Ability to Resolve Customer issues
• Logistics skills a plus
• Well-versed in phone etiquette and customer service
• Excellent Critical Thinking Skills
• Be able to multitask and have organizational skills
• Microsoft Office proficient

Schedule: 7:20 am – 4:20 pm Monday – Friday.
