Our busy kitchen is looking for a responsible Sous Chef & PM Line Cooks to join our team.

We serve our infamous daily brunch (Monday-Sunday) and dinner showcasing natural and sustainable ingredients.

Your Responsibilities:
*Ensure consistent execution of company policies.
*Manage labor in house and kitchen waste.
*Teach our Core Values to all new hires and existing team.
*Attend all necessary senior management meetings.
*Develop and promote learning for all back of house employees.
*Uphold the highest standards of food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of staff and guests.
