Outdoor Storage Facility in Coral Springs – seeks a FULL TIME & PT Parking Attendant
Starting Salary $12.00 per hour – 30 / 60 and 90 days Reviews

Hours Sat & Sunday from 6 am to 1 pm . Then Monday thru Friday from 1 – 8pm

Must knows how to tow and back up boats , trailers and motorhomes . Must be able to guide clients in and out of their spaces. Must have basic knowledge of tools and must be able to perform physical tasks such as changing a tire on a car or truck and safely jacking up a unit. Maintain the yard pick up debris. Patrol and monitor the property. Light landscape clean up. Spanish speaking a plus must be able to write clearly. Must log every client in and out also be able to write up contracts and payment receipts.

MUST BE PUNCTUAL / ON TIME ! WE ARE A TEAM OUT HERE , COMMUNICATION IS KEY !

Must have reliable and personal transportation with a valid Florida drivers license.
Must be authorized to work in the United States .
