The ideal candidate:
-Ability to work holidays and weekends.
– Anticipates and assist in meeting guest needs to ensure a great guest experience through exceptional customer service.
-Ensures all daily shift procedures are met including completion of daily check list, billing, cleanliness and organization with a high attention to detail in preparation to exceed all guest expectations.
-Responsible for an accurate, efficient and friendly check in/check out guest experience.
-Remains engaged and proactive with guest request and communicates efficiently with all departments and management to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
-Ability to problem solve, handle and address any guest request or issues within a timely manner and sense of urgency.
-Must possess professional phone and email etiquette with great listening and communications skills.
-Adheres to all operation policy and procedures of The Ruby Hotel to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
-Must be familiar with Microsoft software and be able to operate a computer and technology devices proficiently.
-Must possess a clean and professional appearance.
*Prior boutique hotel experience is a plus.
