Our starting positions consist of Cashier and Line/Prep Cook training programs. These lead to supervisor and manager training programs.
Line Cook Responsibilities
• Deliver the highest standard of Quality, Service, & Cleanliness.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Working together as a team to get high-quality food out promptly.
• Answer, report, and follow QC/Manager instructions.
• Clean up station and complete all side work.
• Comply with sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
• Follow all company policies and standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Cashier Responsibilities
• Guest-oriented service representative to provide engaging, warm service.
• Effectively ring up on the register accurately and promptly.
• Ability to walk the guest through the order efficiently while presenting the full menu of choices.
• Identify and assess customer needs and be able to adapt the service style to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Understand the four purposes of upselling and meet personal/team target sales goals.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
• Comply with sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
• Provide pricing information, answer questions, and deal with demanding guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ring up discounts, track coupons, saves signed receipts, & collects cash/credit transactions.
