We are a small call center company looking for a dynamic, experienced manager to run our call center of approximately 7 employees and growing. Most of the employees will be remote workers. Sales experience or management of sales experience is required. We focus mainly on appointment setting for medical practices around the country. We are also looking to grow the call center and expand our services to more, so more opportunity potential exists!

We are a stable company that has been in business for 10 years. We are currently located in Irvine, CA and relocating to Tampa, FL to establish our office and call center. We currently provide appointment setting services to medical practices in California, and are looking to expand to other areas. The medical companies we service provide excellent services and treatments to their patients, and see great results! We are looking for a highly motivated person who is energetic and able to lead and manage a team to success! Someone who is highly involved with their employees, not looking for a “desk” job! Someone who loves to interact and train and develop their staff is a must! We’re looking for a strong manager who can take the call center department, employees and company to the NEXT LEVEL!

Most of the staff will be remote, but we are looking for the manager to work in office.

You will be responsible for the following tasks (not limited to):
-Monitoring/Managing the day to day functions of the call center
-Ensure the staff is going per script, trained, and sound excellent on the phone. A LOT of quality control!
-Keeping the call center properly staffed, and hiring/terminating as necessary
-Training, training and more training! We pride ourselves in having an excellent caliber of person to provide top level customer service! Training is crucial to ensure this is met and expectations are exceeded.
-Ensure our quotas are met and exceeded each day/week
-Be proactive; handle problems before they arise
-Maintain high production in all areas of the call center
-Overview all statistics of the area and ensure we are trending in an upward direction, or have the proper handling to improve an down-statistic.
-Hold weekly meetings/training with the staff.
-Create the weekly schedule, targets and games for hitting highest ever numbers!

Hours and Pay:
Monday – Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm, some weekends work will be required.
Salaried position. Base plus bonus opportunity. $40,000 -$55,000, based on experience, plus bonus opportunity.
Paid time off
Very little travel, but some may be required for training. Company pays for all company-related travel expenses.

-Ability to read and interpret statistics

-Highly organized
-Motivated
-Great management/leadership skills
-Great interpersonal skills
-Sales/Telemarketing experience
-Fluent in English, both verbal and written
-Problem solver
-Needs little oversight
-Meet or exceed deadlines
-Able to legally work in the US
