The Customer Service Representative is the first line of contact for our customers and their target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The candidate for this position will be excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and LOVE to talk.


Communicate with customers via phone, email and live chat while actively listening to identify issues.
Follow up with customers in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish effective customer relationships to earn loyalty and trust.
Troubleshoot problems with websites, online orders or any related issues.
Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
Provide timely feedback to the customer service manager regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Inform customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer.
Develop knowledge of all products sold on the company website to ensure adequate answers to customer questions and make recommendations.
Generate customer excitement about available new solutions and products to enhance the customer experience.
Partner with other departments to provide insight on current customer experience and ensure customers’ expectations are met and exceeded.
Follow all established department policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Skills & Experience

Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
One year of related experience and or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and knowledge of Google‐based programs such as google sheets/Docs.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management or Ticketing System Preferred.
Experience with E-Commerce Platforms and warehouse management systems preferred.
Experience with Vape products or electronic cigarettes is a plus but not required.
