Description

Duties

Makes and receives outbound and inbound calls dedicated to securing new business
Responds to customers’ inquiries about products
Maintains goals and objectives
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Well-spoken and able to respond to customers’ needs
Basic computer skills
Experience in call center and inside sales

Must be available M-F 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Sat 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sun 8:00 AM -12:00 PM
