Description

Glantzlaw is seeking a Call Scheduler/Phone Compliance Monitor to oversee compliance with call back time requirements; review, prioritize and assign pending calls and facilitate communication with attorneys and supervisors to ensure that calls are assigned correctly and handled within required time frame.

Duties will include: Ongoing review of pending calls and assignment of calls to specific attorneys based upon area of law; reassign cases on an as needed basis; preparation of productivity and compliance reports and other duties as needed.

Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask and deal with ever changing issues and priorities in a fast-paced work environment and a team player attitude. Law Firm experience a plus.

This position will require an additional one to two week on-site paid training period. Following the initial training period, this position can be a work-from-home position. Work-from-home candidates must have access to their own computer hardware to connect remotely to the office.
