JOB DESCRIPTION – CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT

Commitment: Full Time; 30-45 hours per week or Part Time; 12-30 hours per week
Compensation: $8 – $12 dollars per hour + commission after initial training is complete

Job Responsibilities
• Lives and breathes the company’s mission to provide an enriching car wash experience to each and every customer.
• Greet customers with a smile, clean attire and appearance, and clear understanding of the systems and offerings.
• Learn the Point of Sale computer software system; create Automatic Recharge Accounts, modify, cancel, or update accounts. Become proficient in the operating software in order to maintain a high level of efficiency during peak hours
• Prepare cars prior to entering car wash with prep gun while looking for signs of danger or possible vehicle damage; clean and replenish towels and other customer offerings.
• Maintain a safe working environment for yourself as well as your fellow team by knowing and following all safety protocols.
• Learn and execute the opening and closing of the facility including daily safety checks and maintenance checks to ensure a safe and efficient workday.
• Execute frequent inspections of the assigned wash grounds and pet wash area to maintain cleanliness.
• Perform repair and preventative maintenance to wash, vacuum, and other equipment.
• Interact professionally with other team members and customers.
• Light janitorial duties.
• Perform other duties as business needs require.
