Clay is a farm to table New American restaurant in Harlem. Our menu ingredients are sourced as locally as possible from farmers, producers, and purveyors who use natural, humane, and ecologically responsible methods. Our beverage program showcases biodynamic, organic, and sustainable offerings made with care by small producers. Genuine hospitality is at the core of all we do.

We are looking for talented industry professionals who are as passionate as we are about creating an exceptional guest experience. While fine dining experience and comprehensive wine, beer and spirit knowledge is strongly preferred, all those who are learn quickly, strive for excellence, and love hospitality are welcome to apply. Professional conduct and a collaborative spirit are required.

Bartenders should have:
* Experience with basic production techniques
* Detailed food and beverage service knowledge
* A solid repertoire of classic and contemporary cocktails
* The ability to maintain upbeat focus in a high volume environment
* The ability to build multiple cocktails concurrently with efficiency and precision.

Full or part time availability is acceptable.

Clay goes above and beyond to ensure the safety of our team and guests as we carefully reopen during the pandemic. Interviews are held outside, or well distanced inside, and always with hand sanitizer available and everyone wearing masks. All team members must be fastidious in their adherence to safety protocols!
