Someone looking for flexible hours. Likes working in an office atmosphere. Understands the team mentality and works well within a team position.

The client care specialist I am looking for will play a vital role by alleviating necessary client care duties/tasks that cause the team leader to be distracted from his main focus. By performing these important duties/tasks you will leverage the team leader’s time to be more productive. This person has a positive outlook on life and enjoys a challenge. Takes an ownership role and does duties/tasks the right way with a high degree of quality and accuracy. Understands that mistakes happen but enjoys learning from them in order to grow within their position. Enjoys the supportive role and knows that the team aspect benefits everyone. They do not get frustrated with the many tasks they must manage but instead thrive on there every completion.
