BOCA BLACK BOX AND THE LAKE PARK BLACK BOX

WE ARE IN THE NEED OF OFFICE ASSISTANTS / BARTENDERS / COCKTAIL SERVERS/ STAGE
HANDS/ USHERS/ MARKETING INTERNS/ SOUND AND LIGHTNING INTERNS

* Office Assistant – Responsible for uploading shows, handling ticket sales, handling phone calls. SOCIAL MEDIA experience is a plus as we can use some assistance with updating our Facebook, IG, etc. Also must have customer service experience.

*Bartender / Cocktail Server – Must have bar or cocktail serving experience.
Duties will include (but not limited to) mixing drinks (bartender position), servicing guests at their seats/bar…Must have good personality with good disposition.
We are primarily beer and wine, with some specialty cocktails.
-This position is Part time. (We are looking for energetic, approachable people with good customer service skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Quick problem solving is also a MUST)

*Ushers-(students looking for part time are perfect for this position!)
-Typically work 2-6 hours
-Must be Personable,Outgoing
-Tasks include but not limited to: assisting guests to their seats, stocking, putting away inventory, stacking chairs, assisting the bar, basic janitorial duties
-Must be 18 or older, have reliable transportation, and must have good customer-service skills as you will constantly be interacting with guests!

Who we are: Boca Black Box is an entertainment venue with 287 seats, specializing in comedy, concerts, plays, private events, etc…

WE ARE OPEN PRIMARILY THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHTS. IN SEASON SEPTEMBER-APRIL WE HAVE SHOWS EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK. THIS IS PART TIME.
