Immediate need for a Collectors / Welcome Callers + $250 signing Bonus!

SALARY: $11.50 – $14.00 per hour plus bonus/incentive
POTENTIAL: Our Representatives are making up to $18.00 per hour
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday (three weekdays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm OR 8:30 am – 5:30 pm) , (Friday and one other weekday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.) + Two Saturdays per month 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handle a large volume of inbound/outbound phone calls daily while maintaining a positive attitude
• Accept payment, work with consumers to resolve delinquent accounts, and structure payment arrangements when needed
• Work 60-80 accounts daily to bring delinquency down in assigned queues
• Provide excellent customer and dealer service
• Performs Skip Tracking and other locating activities
• Assist in Repossession Management
• Assist in completing and maintaining insurance claims
• Performs welcome calls
• Comply with all state and federal collection laws including FDCPA and company policies and procedures.
• Prompt and regular attendance required.
