Lewis Floor Home is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic individual who will be responsible for assisting our clients with information, handling customer service issues, and collections. The individual must be personable and be able to answer customers questions and follow up on issues as needed.

Founded in 1954, this third generation company has expanded its product offerings to include carpet, area rugs, tile, stone, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, counter tops, custom and stock cabinetry, and window treatments. Responsibilities:
Return customer phone calls of people who have scheduling questions or problems
Handle customer services issues
Respond to inquiries on customers orders
Organize different construction jobs
Installer payroll liaison

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. High School Degree Required
3-5 years customer service experience
1-2 years of flooring or related construction experience
Excellent customer relation and interpersonal skills
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and move from one task to the next easily
High Degree of attention to detail
Excellent computer skills
